Join GovEVA as an AI-Powered Sustainability SDR

Location : Mumbai, Nariman Point

Experience : 2–4 years B2B SaaS / ESG / Compliance sales

Role type : Full-time - (on-site / WFO).

  • Do you vibe with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Apollo, Genspark) to research, prospect, and qualify intelligently

The Sustainability SDR at GovEVA is a next-gen sales professional who leverages AI tools to open CXO-level conversations, convert BRSR and Scope-3 challenges into qualified opportunities, and accelerate India’s ESG and decarbonization transformation. The role offers

  • fast career growth, transparent KPIs, competitive OTE, and direct mentorship from enterprise leaders.
  • The role — what you’ll own

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach to CFOs, CSOs, Heads of Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, and Procurement.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline via multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls), backed by AI research (ChatGPT, Genspark, Apollo).
  • Diagnose buyer readiness for multi-framework reporting , Scope-3 supplier engagement, and assurance preparation; translate that into a concise business case.
  • Book high-quality meetings and hand off opportunities with clear outcomes to Growth / Consulting.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report weekly on activity → meetings → SQLs → pipeline.
  • Continuously improve sequences and playbooks with coaching feedback.
  • Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • 2 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales (SDR / BDR / Inside Sales) with measurable results.
  • Experience engaging senior buyers (C-suite or heads).
  • Practical familiarity with ESG reporting and value-chain concepts — BRSR (BRSR Core) , Double Materiality, Value Chain Assessments issues, and at least one global standard (GRI or IFRS S1 / S2).
  • Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo (or equivalent), HubSpot / Salesforce, and AI research tools (practical usage, not just names).
  • Strong written craft (sequences, email templates) and confident phone presence.
  • Nice-to-have

  • Past selling to Auto / Pharma / Logistics / Healthcare verticals.
  • Experience working with sustainability consultants or exposure to ESG Ratings / reporting or other ESG workflows like carbon credits.
