About the role
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
You don’t need years of experience — just strong communication skills, good discipline in follow-ups, and the willingness to learn. If you’re comfortable with basic tech tools, that’s a big plus.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, calls, and support tickets with clarity and empathy.
Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams — making sure updates and tasks move forward smoothly.
Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation so nothing slips through the cracks.
Support daily operational activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and coordination.
Keep CRM and support tools organized and updated.
Assist in creating support materials like FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge base documents.
Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve the product and experience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good organizational skills and a habit of following through.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Docs, Sheets, email tools, CRM basics).
Tech-friendly mindset and curiosity to learn new tools quickly.
