As we continue to expand across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, we’re looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our Coimbatore team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for upcoming villa and residential projects in and around Coimbatore.

Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation.

Liaise with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Negotiate land deals and finalize agreements in line with company objectives.

Maintain updated market intelligence on land availability, pricing trends, and zoning regulations.

Build and manage a strong local network of landowners and intermediaries.

Requirements

Minimum  5 years of experience  in land acquisition (preferably in real estate or infrastructure).

Proven track record of successful land deals in Tamil Nadu.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of local land laws and documentation processes.

Fluency in Tamil and English

Willingness to travel across Coimbatore and nearby districts.
