Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the media, advertising, or video production industry, along with a passion for storytelling and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :
Identify potential clients in corporate and hospitality sectors.
Approach new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, Social Media and networking events.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the production team.
Pitching & Proposal Development :
Develop customized proposals, decks, and cost estimates.
Conduct effective presentations and pitch of our services to clients.
Market Research & Strategy :
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Recommend strategies for improving sales and outreach.
Collaboration :
Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Act as a bridge between client expectations and deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in media, advertising, or creative agencies. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
Understanding of video production processes is a plus.
