  • Strong experience in recruitment for senior-level engineering roles, with a focus on IT and non-IT job markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and maintain a robust network of professional contacts.
  • Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks, and referrals to source top talent.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conducting initial calls with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Screening resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before conducting further interviews.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Collecting and providing feedback to candidates post-interview.

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment for senior-level engineering roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and non-IT job markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
