Qualifications
- Any Graduate or MPM, MSW, MBA in HR.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years experience in HR Administration.
- Experience in bill checking for Labor contractor, Canteen, vendor agencies and bill processing.
Key Responsibilities & Knowledge
- Actively involved in infrastructural development, time office administration, payroll, and statutory compliance submission.
- Knowledge of Factory Liaisoning, labor acts, and other HR Administration activities.
