Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned EPM Hyperion IaaS Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure integration.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing, configuring, and managing EPM products such as HFM, FDMEE, DRM, and FCM, along with proven knowledge of EPM IaaS environments, high availability architecture, and enterprise security.

This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical architecture, EPM application expertise, and cloud infrastructure skills to deliver scalable and secure EPM Responsibilities :

Lead the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle EPM Suite (HFM, FDMEE, DRM, FCM) in IaaS based environments.
Design and architect highly available and secure EPM environments in IaaS infrastructure (OCI, AWS, or Azure).
Perform environment migration, including application and data migration across multiple IaaS-hosted environments.
Troubleshoot installation, configuration, clustering, and performance-related issues across all EPM components.
Develop and manage load balancer, Active Directory integration, SSL / SSO configuration, and identity federation for EPM suite.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams on infrastructure best practices.
Define and implement security architecture, user provisioning, and access control within the EPM framework.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to translate infrastructure needs into scalable technical solutions.
Develop documentation (design documents, runbooks, SOPs) and knowledge transfer materials.
Maintain compliance with audit, security, and operational standards during all phases of implementation and Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in EPM Infrastructure Architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM tools : Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE), Data Relationship Management (DRM), Financial Close Management (FCM).
Proven experience in end-to-end EPM product implementation, upgrades, and patches.
In-depth understanding of EPM IaaS components, cluster configuration, and system integration architecture.
Proficiency in configuring and managing :

1. Load Balancers (F5, HAProxy, etc.)

2. Active Directory / LDAP

3. Single Sign-On (SSO) and SSL certificates

Experience with IaaS cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.

Strong knowledge of Linux / Windows servers, middleware components (WebLogic, OHS), and database connectivity.

Expertise in security design, user provisioning, and access controls in cloud-hosted environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis Skills :

Oracle certifications in EPM or Cloud Infrastructure (OCI, AWS).

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Shell / Python scripting for EPM provisioning.

Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) and high-availability (HA) designs for EPM environments.

Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, and VPN tunnels in cloud Qualification :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
