Key Account Management

Requirements :

Should be able to connect with decision makers of the other corporate companies and should generate

leads.

Capable of handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain the product

Candidate should have good communication skills.

Candidate should be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media

Should Use telephones to reach out to customers

Should Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

should be able to speak with decision makers or HR managers of other corporate companies and

should generate leads.

Language Required : Hindi & English (Mandatory)
