Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our franchising and institutional business initiatives. This role focuses on scaling our franchise models across India and internationally, and driving collaborations within the healthcare and corporate wellness sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic dealmaker, an excellent communicator, and has a strong grasp of digital and technology-enabled business models.
Key Responsibilities – Franchising :
- Scale and expand existing franchise models : Nutripreneur, Digital Licensee & Distributorship, and Franchise Centers.
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners across India and internationally.
- Develop franchise proposals, agreements, and support structures for partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to attract franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities – Institutional / Healthcare Division :
Lead business development in the healthcare and corporate wellness sector.Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharma companies.Understand the digital product thoroughly and translate its benefits into strategic business opportunities.Create compelling marketing collaterals, pitch decks, and presentations to engage the healthcare channel.Negotiate and close collaborative deals to drive business growth.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, digital, and product strategies.Candidate Requirements :
Proven experience in franchising, business development, or marketing in healthcare / medical channels.Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills – a true dealmaker.Ability to grasp digital and technology-driven business models quickly.Experience in creating marketing collaterals, presentations, and pitches.Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
