Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Head - Procurement to lead the procurement division and manage the supply chain operations across Solar, Wind, and BESS projects. This role includes establishing and managing international procurement business units in China and Singapore to secure global supply chain reliability, ascertain quality, optimize costs, and strengthen vendor partnerships. The position demands high degree of expertise in renewable energy EPC procurement, global sourcing, and contract negotiations, along with a proven track record of handling high-value international supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Global Sourcing

• Establish dedicated procurement business units in China and Singapore, driving international vendor engagement and supply chain integration, quality checking.
• Develop and implement global procurement strategy covering solar modules, wind turbines, BESS systems, inverters, transformers, and balance of plant.
• Drive cost optimization through competitive sourcing, supplier diversification, and long-term global framework agreements.
• Build backward integration strategies and assess in-house manufacturing opportunities.
