Planning Engineer – Civil Construction

Company : REnergy Dynamics Infraworks Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Nagothane, District Raigad, Maharashtra

Experience : 6+ years

Qualification : B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry Exposure : Industrial / Infrastructure Construction

Preference : Immediate joiners before 01 Nov 2025

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and monitor complex L1 to L4 project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
Coordinate with procurement, billing, and execution teams for milestone tracking.
Conduct progress reporting, delay analysis, and forecasting of resource requirements.
Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing DPRs, WPRs, MPRs etc.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and Excel.

Strong analytical and documentation capability.

Familiarity with construction workflows, resource planning, and reporting formats.

Work Ethic Expectations :

Believes in teamwork, task ownership and accountability.

High integrity, self-driven, respects team ethics, dependable.

Ready to work in challenging site conditions with tight timelines and high standards.

Willing to adapt to collaborative digital tools, mobile apps, and reporting systems.
