Job description

The Guest Relations Executive role is crucial in maintaining our service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. The key responsibilities for this position include :

  • Managing Guest Interactions : Addressing guest concerns effectively, both pre-booking and post-booking.
  • Inventory Management of Properties : Overseeing the inventory of all property-related items, including furnishings, amenities, and supplies, to ensure properties are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
  • Supplier Coordination : Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary items while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Property Upkeep : Maintaining properties to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Enforcing Upkeep Schedules : Ensuring all areas are regularly cleaned, maintained, and inspected.
  • Managing Housekeeping Staff : Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations throughout the properties.
  • Quality Control Implementation : Assessing and enhancing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Repairs and Maintenance : Carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, property upkeep, and vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
