We need a Technical Lead who’s hands-on, fast-moving, and obsessed with building real tech — not decks.

Your Mission

Lead a small squad of top engineers to :

• Architect, build, and scale AI-driven apps , web dashboards, and backend services.
• Design modular architectures using Node.js, Python , and modern frontends (React, Next.js, Astro) .
• Build and integrate Agentic AI systems — think LangChain, CrewAI, or custom multi-agent workflows.
• Set up and optimize pipelines, infra, and DevOps — Docker, ECS, AWS Lambda, or Kubernetes.
• Mentor developers, own sprints, and ensure quality with ruthless attention to detail.
• Work directly with founders on 0→1 product builds and AI initiatives.
