Summary of the position :

The Head - Accounts & Finance will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. The role will involve oversight of banking operations including imports and exports, regulatory compliance and reporting, and finalization of financial statements in alignment with international and domestic standards.

Position Responsibilities :

1. Banking - Imports & Exports :

• Oversee international and domestic banking operations.
• Manage foreign exchange risk and currency hedging strategies.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for trade finance, export credit, and working capital.
• Monitor LC (Letter of Credit) management, export documentation, and import compliance.
• Ensure timely and compliant handling of all banking transactions related to international trade.
