Job descriptionResponsible for Registering, tracking of RFQs. Responsible to make weekly / monthly reports on RFQs Responsible for preparing MIS report for Sales and Marketing Responsible for tooling cost monitoring (plan and monitor) New customer registration in SAP Customer agreements tracking and sign off with account managers
Managing Sales :
- Responsible for getting PO / Schedules from Customers Portal / Account manager / PPC and communicate the same to Plant team.
- Real-time Tracking and monitoring of Schedules Vs Actual supplies
- Internal coordination (With plant PPC, commercial, Finance, store team and Marketing) on the sales / supply activities.
- Weekly / monthly reports to be generated and Dashboards to be prepared
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking of payment collections from customers and communicate to Marketing team on the overdue invoices.
- Responsible for monitoring Business plan Vs actual supplies / Schedules
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking of new business into mass production
