Job descriptionWe are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to support our Finance Director and senior leadership team. This role focuses on building advanced financial models, maintaining investor and loan databases, supporting capital raising efforts, and delivering strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Excel-based modeling, Yardi software, multifamily real estate in the US, and private equity finance. Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis. Audit and Analysis - Refine charts of accounts for operating & corporate entities and should be able to understand P&L and balance sheets really well. Database Management - Maintain investor reporting databases and loan management platforms (Yardi proficiency required). Deal Diligence - Perform due diligence on new transactions, including financial, operational, and market analysis. Performance Tracking - Track and analyze KPIs, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and other financial metrics. Reporting - Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Investments, Analytics, and Technology teams. Project Participation - Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and assist other finance teams as needed. Education : Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics from a top university. Software Expertise : Strong proficiency in Yardi and Advance Excel, Google sheets, Bonus with Power BI. Advanced Degree : Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred. Certifications : CFA, CA, or CPA Private Equity Experience : Exposure to private equity capital structures and investor reporting highly desirable
