Lead Crypto Market Maker / Liquidity Provider

Location : Remote

This role operates on a night shift schedule (opposite to Dubai timezone, around UTC−8).

At least 2 years of experience in crypto market-making is required. Applications without this will not be considered.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced crypto market maker to manage liquidity and maintain tight spreads for our altcoin pairs across CEXs / DEXs. The goal is to ensure healthy order books, reduced slippage, and consistent trading activities to match the exchange requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide two-sided quotes (bid / ask) and maintain target depth and spread.
Adjust pricing dynamically to market conditions.
Manage inventory and hedging to minimize risk.
Report key liquidity metrics (spread, depth, volume, uptime).
Coordinate with exchanges for listings, APIs, and reporting.
Provides client support when necessary

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of market-making experience

Prior experience in crypto market making is mandatory

Have a proven track record in altcoin market making, inventory risk control, and strategy optimization.

Know how to design, backtest, and deploy market-making parameters

Proven experience as a crypto market maker, preferably with altcoins.

Strong knowledge of order-book dynamics, spread management, and APIs.

Quantitative and risk-management skills.

Transparent and compliant trading practices.
