Job Title : Senior Analyst- Paid Media

Location : Gurgaon

Total experience : 1-2 Yrs.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Senior Analyst to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

In this role, you will support multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed, optimized, and aligned with client objectives. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to the strategic direction of campaigns while delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution :
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Implement campaign structures, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies aligned with client KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting :
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using data analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports highlighting key trends, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management :
  • Support client acquisition and onboarding by setting up campaigns and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — AdOps, Analytics, and Strategy — to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Optimization & Innovation :
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Test and adopt new platform features, tools, and best practices to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Market Awareness :
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform developments.
  • Share relevant insights and innovations with internal teams and clients.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the Account Manager and leadership team to refine campaign strategies.
  • Provide peer support, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to junior analysts when needed.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Graduate in Technology, Marketing, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 1-2 Yrs. of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Search (PPC), and Paid Social Strategy.
  • Tools Expertise :
  • Proficient with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Certifications : Preferred certifications include Google Ads, DBM Fundamentals, and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns, and recommend actionable insights.
