Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execut ensure timely delivery, and maintain seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

 Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks.

 Lead cross-functional teams ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

 Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.

 Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

 Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

 Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.

 Lead sprint planning to ensure effective execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in [specify industry – IT ].

 Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

 Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

 Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).

 PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 High sense of ownership and accountability.

 Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

 Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
