Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teamsManage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch supportCoordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI / Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless executionDrive Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews / Demos, and backlog groomingDeliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherenceCollaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goalsProactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentumChampion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teamsFacilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system designLeverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams
