We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Management System technologist. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.
Key responsibilities :
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Self-Service HR, Payroll (US / global), iRecruitment, Time & Labor, Performance Management
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices
- Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client / business requirements
- Develop and maintain technical components such as PL / SQL packages and procedures, interfaces (inbound / outbound), XML / BI publisher reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA framework / forms personalization)
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules
- Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or interface tables
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT and external vendors
- Document functional and technical specifications
- Support system upgrades, patching and cloning efforts
Preferred qualifications :
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plusKnowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g. US, UK, India)Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCMExperience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenariosBenefits :
