Role Overview

Radarblock is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our design and creative function across all client and internal initiatives. You will oversee the full creative lifecycle-from concept development to campaign execution-ensuring that Radarblock’s output consistently sets new standards for design innovation and storytelling in the Web3 space.

As the leader of the design team, you will guide a group of Senior and Junior Designers, illustrators, and meme creators, while collaborating closely with the Growth and Strategy teams to align creative direction with business goals. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on creative leader who combines design mastery, leadership maturity, and strong communication skills to inspire teams and deliver exceptional creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Vision

• Define and own the creative vision and standards for Radarblock across all projects and platforms.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team-setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure every creative deliverable meets Radarblock’s benchmark for impact, originality, and storytelling quality.
• Create and enforce design systems and brand frameworks to maintain consistency across clients and internal communications.
