Key Responsibilities
- Content Conceptualisation : Collaborate with the Brand Department to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts that align with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Filming & Production : Assist with and sometimes lead the filming of various content (e.g., social media videos, interviews, promotional material, internal comms) using professional camera equipment.
- Editing & Post-Production : Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final videos using industry-standard software, ensuring technical quality and creative vision are met. Create and integrate motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
- Asset Management : Organise and manage video footage, project files, and final assets effectively.
- Quality Control : Review and refine content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, technical specifications, and overall quality standards.
Qualifications :
Education : Recently graduated with a degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience : Previous internship experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating filmmaking and editing capabilities is a plus.Essential Skills & Knowledge
Editing & Graphics Proficiency (Mandatory) : Must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, AND have demonstrable experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.Camera Operation (Preferred) : Proven practical experience operating professional video cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras) and a strong understanding of basic cinematography, lighting, and sound recording techniques.Storytelling : A keen eye for visual composition and a strong understanding of narrative structure and pacing in video content.Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively and proactively with the Brand Department and other cross-functional teams.Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and pivot quickly based on content needs and feedback.Location : Corporate Office (Taratala - Kolkata)
