What You'll Do :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a hybrid role as Product Owner (PO) with a strong background in Salesforce platform and ecosystem.This role will be pivotal in driving agile delivery of Salesforce-based solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Partners closely with the Product Manager to refine priorities and ensure delivery is aligned with stakeholder needs.Communicate with stakeholders only as needed, typically for clarification at a detailed requirement level or for specific technical inputs.Defers primary stakeholder relationship management and communications to the Product Manager.Expertise You'll Bring :
5+ years of experience in Agile roles, with at least 2 years in a PO or SM capacity.Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom apps).Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro board and Greatest etc.Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.Agile certifications (e.G., CSPO, PSM I / II, SAFe PO / PM) preferredBenefits :
