About the Role :
We’re looking for a Sales Trainee to support our growing sales team by ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and performance visibility. The role involves maintaining sales MIS, ensuring CRM hygiene, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and supporting day-to-day sales execution.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead Qualification Support : Conduct initial outreach calls to identify and flag high-potential leads for the sales team and schedule demos accordingly.
- MIS & Reporting : Maintain, validate, and update sales data (leads, demos, conversions) with 100% accuracy on CRM and reporting dashboards.
- CRM Management : Ensure data hygiene and alignment across Zoho / Odoo and related reporting tools.
- Sales Performance Tracking : Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Coordination & Support : Work closely with ASMs, operations, and channel partners to streamline communication, order updates, and follow-ups.
- Process Improvement : Identify data or coordination gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and visibility.

Have strong communication and coordination skills.Are detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management and reporting.Are organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Are proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with CRM tools (Zoho / Odoo preferred) .Have an ownership mindset and curiosity to learn and improve systems.Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline ( Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred ).1–2 years of experience or internship in sales coordination, MIS, or customer service preferred.Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
