Job description

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, civil planning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Excellent visualization, design, and technical drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable architecture.
  • Certification or membership with a professional body (e.g., COA, RIBA) is an advantage.
