Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused User Access Management Specialist to support daily provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications within the UPS network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user access oversight, system support, and issue resolution.

• Perform daily user provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications.
• Maintain and monitor the team support mailbox , responding to user queries and access-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application access issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal access control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding / offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of access requests, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal users and stakeholders.
