Position : Java Technical Architect

Location : Hyderabad – Day one onsite

Terms : Contract to Hire (After 4 Months fulltime with Direct Client)

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, AWS Cloud Services, and React, along with strong architectural and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end application architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
Design and implement complex systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native principles.
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.
Oversee front-end architecture and integration using React, ensuring seamless and responsive user experiences.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and development efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java / J2EE technologies.

Strong expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.

Proven experience in designing microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Solid understanding and implementation experience with AWS Cloud Services.

Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, DevOps practices, and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Ability to mentor teams and drive complex technical initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or other cloud-native technologies.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project environments.
