Job descriptionBlue Yonder certified (WMS & TMS) have strong domain knowledge. Configure and customize Blue Yonder applications on WMS / TMS. Functional and Systems development experience in below Blue Yonder (BY) modules in new age DSaaS arena : Conducts / leads business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project. Lead the project team to design and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens to ensure smooth integration between technical and functional business requirements. Design business workflows / process documentation to ensure proper application mapping / flow throughout the project life cycle. Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors. Collaborate to develop transition interfaces to ensure proper integration with other systems. Collaborate with Cross Functional teams and develop solution and functional / technical design documents to support development of end-to-end final solutions. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Primary Skills Providing technical / non-technical knowledge transfer / user training during pre-implementation / GO-LIVE / post GO-LIVE phases of the projects Cost effective and solution-oriented professional. Proven ability to provide project / development estimates. Stakeholder / customer management skills Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solutions. Support to maintain and improve the application functionality. Drive best practices within teams with respect to coding standards and guidelines. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for issues raised by operations in BY WMS. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Build products aligned to help our clients succeed in the industry. Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks / technologies. Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications. Hands-on working knowledge & experience with BY TMS (Transport Management System) & WMS (Warehouse Management System) Modules. Will be needed to prepare and deliver presentations for clients, senior leadership and executive level audiences. Understand requirements & pain-points of users (client) and deliver / collaborate with stakeholders as a business integration consultant on product functionality & architecture. Impact & convince and willingness to walk the extra mile basis demanding & pressure situation. Maintaining 100% integrity of business processes & data.

Key Skill Set
- Should have a strong supply chain warehouse management domain knowledge and overall WMS & TMS knowledge.
- Good understanding of the BY WMS & TMS functionality and be able to drive new and creative solutions to meet Business need.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for issues raised by operations in BY WMS & TMS Discrete.
- Experience with various versions of BY WMS & TMS (2007, 8.2, 2017 and Higher).
- Must have experience in production Support / Support Projects.
- Hands on experience in MOCA, SQL and BY WMS & TMS database tables and relationships.
- Functional knowledge on different modules of BY WMS & TMS like Inbound / Outbound / Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of Shipping, Receiving, Internal process, Inventory adjustment / creations, Replenishment, Archiving, MOCA commands, Integrations and work-flow configurations.
- Strong knowledge of WMS & TMS process flows best practices around picking, packing, replenishment, order waving, receiving, put away and RF Technology.
- Knowledge of BY WMS & TMS Integrator and ability to customize inbound and outbound transactions.
- Should be able to analyze trace files in BY WMS & TMS Discrete.
