Role : Senior Associate Oracle CPQ (Implementation & BML Coding)

Experience : 6- 10 Years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work as part of a problem-solving team, driving Oracle CPQ implementations and customizations.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Oracle CPQ solutions with strong expertise in BML coding.
  • Apply critical thinking and bring structure to unstructured business problems.
  • Extract insights from industry trends to support client transformation initiatives.
  • Review deliverables (self and team) for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, providing coaching and stretch opportunities to junior team members.
  • Apply the right tools and methods for each situation, articulating the rationale behind Skills & Qualifications :

Must have :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ implementation with BML coding expertise.
  • 6- 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle CPQ projects.
  • Ability to work independently in remote setups and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
