As our Head of Marketing steps into a beautiful new chapter of motherhood, we’re seeking a Consultant Brand Head — a visionary leader with 10+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care — to guide The Face Shop India through its next wave of digital growth and brand evolution.
Your Role at a Glance :
You’ll be the strategic guardian of The Face Shop India — steering brand strategy, digital innovation, and revenue growth. With 90% of sales driven by online channels, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting high-impact, data-led, and AI-powered marketing campaigns that convert awareness into advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Chart the brand’s growth roadmap, balancing premium positioning with profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online + offline brand experiences.
- Take charge of the brand P&L — driving topline growth while optimizing spends.
2. Digital-First Growth & AI-Driven Marketing
Spearhead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a sharp eye on ROI.Harness AI tools to personalize content, enhance campaign effectiveness, and track engagement.Strengthen influencer partnerships and digital storytelling to amplify brand visibility.3. Skincare Expertise & Content Excellence
Transform product insights into powerful narratives that educate and inspire consumers.Lead creative directions for campaigns highlighting The Face Shop’s unique product benefits.Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to maintain consistent brand tonality.4.
