About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure–Price–Quote) and general Salesforce development using Apex, LWC , and declarative components. The ideal candidate will design and implement CPQ configurations, automation, and customizations while supporting enterprise-level quoting and pricing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

CPQ Development & Configuration

Configure Salesforce CPQ : Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Product Rules, Quote Templates, Approvals.

Implement advanced CPQ logic using Apex , Triggers , Batch Jobs , LWC , and custom UI components.

Optimize CPQ performance for large data volumes and complex pricing structures.

Salesforce Platform Development

Build scalable Salesforce features using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, SOQL / SOSL.

Maintain and enhance custom components, flows, and integrations.

Work with APIs and middleware tools to integrate CPQ with ERP / Billing systems.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product managers.

Translate user requirements into technical solutions and CPQ configurations.

Participate in code reviews, CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and debugging.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows).

Mandatory : Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) .

Solid understanding of CPQ :

Pricing Rules

Discounting

Quote Templates

Product Bundling

Guided Selling

Experience working in EST / US time-zone alignment.

Strong knowledge of SOQL, Governor Limits, and Salesforce data model.

Experience with CI / CD (Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, GitHub).
