Furniture designer

We are a custom furniture design studio. We are looking to hire a furniture designer to be able to create drawings for furniture pieces and spec them out for production

Job description :

Research furniture ergonomics and original proportions

work on creating drawings using AutoCAD

Work on creating 3D models of the same

Specing for production

Briefing the factory on the same

Candidate profile :

Diploma / degree in Interior design / furniture design

1-5 yrars experience in relavent field

Should be open to working across job fuctions - this is a start up and you will be required to work cross functionally as well

Someone who enjoys the process of creation and not just design

and Interior styling. Our TG are Architects, interior designers, end consumers. Custom

furniture accounts for 60% of the business. We currently 1 store strong and have plans to

grow in the next 5 years. Our vision is to be the brand of choice in the country when it

comes to design and retail of furniture and décor, and we’re looking to expand our team

with like minded professionals who are passionate about creating a world class brand, like

we are.
