Job descriptionPostgraduate with 5 years of relevant experience or Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a climate and sustainability focused organization. Former Founders in Climate and Sustainability space preferred. Ability to work with minimum / abstract information. Independent and Self Starter Attitude. Strong & Demonstrated Excel, PowerPoint and Word Skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage incubation and acceleration programs related to climate and sustainability entrepreneurship
- Create an ecosystem of climate and sustainability organizations as partners for supporting the Climate, Environment, and Sustainability Education at BITS
- Organize a student / faculty entrepreneurship related conference / event on sustainability and climate
- Build a mentor / expert network of climate and sustainability entrepreneurs, investors, and experts
- Promote co-creation of climate and sustainability solutions between Startups and Faculty at BITS Pilani
- Organize Extensive Customer and Investor Connects for Startups
- Pursue opportunities for funding from Government (CEST etc.), Non-Profit Foundations, CSR, and alumni in the area of climate and sustainability
- Any other task as assigned by CEO, Incubation and Entrepreneurship
