Experience Required : Minimum 3 Years Sales and human resource combined experience required.

Must have fluency in ENGLISH, HINDI AND GUJARATI

  • Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive to handle recruitment, sales training, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing people and processes.

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to design promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Client Management
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service.
  • Ensure personalized attention to clients for a seamless experience.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track sales metrics and analyze data to improve team performance.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Foster a positive and motivational team environment to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and client offerings.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieving Revenue Goals
  • Focus on meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal and team contributions.
  • Strive to grow revenue beyond baseline targets consistently.
  • Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and craft actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred Qualities

  • Extrovert and Talkative
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of incentives and sales staff coordination.
