About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Payments Hub platform . The role requires strong knowledge of ACH and Wire transfers , with additional experience in RTP, FedNow, or card payments . You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to define strategy, build features, and deliver scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments Hub.

Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept to launch.

Define functional specifications for ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and card payments .

Work with engineering on APIs, workflows, and integrations.

Ensure compliance with Nacha, Fed, and card network standards .

Track key metrics (success rate, processing speed, fraud detection).

Partner with banks, payment networks, and fintechs to enhance the product.

Stay updated on real-time payments, ISO 20022, and digital wallet trends .

Must-Have Skills

10+ years in product management (Banking / Payments / Fintech).

Strong expertise in ACH & Wire payments .

Experience with RTP, FedNow, or card payment systems .

Understanding of payment integrations, ISO 20022, and APIs .

Knowledge of regulations, fraud, and risk management in payments.

Ability to work across engineering, compliance, and sales teams.

Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills.
