Salary : Up to ₹7 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities :

Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and networks.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.

Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.

Apply advanced sourcing strategies for niche talent.

Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–8 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).

Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
