Job Description / Responsibilities

• Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
• Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions
• Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals
• Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders
• Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies
• Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement
• Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
