Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements and define role expectations.
  • Ensure timely closures and deliver quality talent within agreed SLAs.
  • Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Drive campus hiring initiatives and fresher recruitment drives when required.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring analytics.
  • Should be a strong individual contributor and a great team player.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in fast-paced industries like EdTech or Startups .
  • Proven experience in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles.
  • Exposure to campus hiring and volume hiring preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
