Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Consultant role located in New Delhi. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert loan advisory services, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and recommending appropriate loan products. Daily tasks include maintaining customer satisfaction, managing client documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and financial institutions. The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire loan process, from initial consultation to loan disbursement.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of loan products and financial services
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
