Founding Associate Product Manager (APM)

EnglishBhashi is a next-gen language learning platform focused on helping users across Tier 2 / 3 / 4 India improve their communication skills through a deeply personalized and AI-driven learning experience. With strong insights from rural and semi-urban learners and an expanding user base, we’re on a mission to democratize spoken learning — starting with English and rapidly evolving into a multi-language learning ecosystem.

As we move into our next phase of growth, we’re hiring our first set of founding team members. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and fast-moving Founding Associate Product Manager (APM) who thrives in a zero-to-one, high-velocity startup environment.

This is a high-ownership, founder-style role — you will shape the product from the ground up.

Location : HSR, Bengaluru

Working : Monday to Saturday

What You Will Own

Product Discovery & User Research

• Conduct deep user research with Tier 2 / 3 / 4 learners (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Identify real user pain points, behaviors, and motivations.
• Analyze competitor approaches and global learning models.
• Convert insights into product requirements, hypotheses, and new feature ideas.

Product Development & Execution

Analytics, Metrics & Funnel Optimization

MarTech, Engagement & Lifecycle Automation

Gamification & Product-Led Growth

Documentation, Roadmaps & Strategic Ops

Brand, Content & Community
