Human Resources Intern

Duties and Key Responsibilities-

• Assistance with Recruitment
• Assistance with Training Management
• Assistance with launching HR Policies
• Onboarding and Induction for new joinees
• Employee Engagement Experience, Qualifications & Skills -
• Fresher / Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for BBA / MBA
• Should be willing to work for 5-6 hours in a day, Monday to Saturday.
• Fluent in English
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.
• Good at documentation and reporting skills.
• Good computer skills – MS Office and Working on CRM tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• This is an unpaid internship.
