▷ Immediate Start : BIM Architectural Designer

The role is for an architectural designer adept at Revit, BIM 360, and ACC to work on U.S.-based large-scale architecture projects on all phases, including design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing, modifying, and reviewing a complete set of architectural documents, ensuring the incorporation of the design scope intent.
• Prepare 2D / 3D presentations or design drawings.
• Collaborate with the production team on all aspects of the preparation of construction documents.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
• Provide technical support and project communication to the junior team as required.
• Coordinate with architectural professionals on projects to assure continuity and consistency of documentation, including organisation, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of all documents in the drawing set.
• Work closely with the team and assist in the completion of projects on aggressive schedules.
• Coordinate the work of consultants with architectural documents.
