Senior Finance Executive – Remote

Job Summary :

A fast-growing D2C e-commerce startup is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support key financial operations including reporting, compliance, and fund management. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to grow in a high-performance environment and work closely with senior leadership on core financial initiatives.

Our client is a well-funded consumer brand offering sustainable lifestyle products across India through D2C platforms and online marketplaces. With a strong investor backing and growing customer base in urban and semi-urban markets, the company is redefining conscious consumption through quality, affordability, and ethical sourcing.

Location : Remote, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and investor updates.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, inventory, and vendor payment cycles.

Role Requirements :

  • CA Inter / CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a startup, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) and spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.

    • Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

    Salary : Competitive package
