Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer with Shyam Future Tech for Kolkata ( HO) location

Job Title : Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack)

Developer to work with the development of scalable web applications. You will be responsible

for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js,

React, and Node.js. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep

understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the

MERN stack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and
• other developers.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing
• systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in :

o MongoDB – schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.

o Express.js – middleware, routing, API development.

o React.js – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), component

lifecycle.

o Node.js – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
