JOB DESCRIPTION :

5–7 years of IT QA experience, with at least 3+ years in ServiceMax testing .

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and ServiceMax data model, Workflows, and Field Service Management processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce basics , SOQL / SOSL, and understanding of Apex triggers / flows (testing perspective).
  • Experience testing mobile ServiceMax apps (FSA / SFM flows / Sync).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and QA processes.
