Role Overview

As Head of Delivery – Hyderabad , you will lead end-to-end delivery for a major client engagement in Hyderabad. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary teams delivering analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. This leadership role requires someone who can bridge business strategy with technical execution — managing complex programs while guiding senior stakeholders toward measurable outcomes.

You will serve as the senior-most Multiscale.tech representative on-site, accountable for client success, project governance, and overall delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Oversee execution of large-scale analytics, technology, and digital transformation programs.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of client initiatives.
• Define and manage delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to maintain accountability and transparency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across workstreams.
