Work Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing :

Graphics and visuals for paid digital marketing campaigns

Images for Quora, Blog, and Google ads on topics related to our products

Creatives for each of the company’s products, in-house events, and activities

Banners for  promoting our products across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Posts for the company's social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Thumbnails for the company’s YouTube channel

What You Offer

Strong visual communication : Clear, creative, and purposeful design execution

Design expertise : Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with After Effects

Brand-first mindset : Ability to maintain consistent visual identity across assets

Marketing design skills : Creatives that drive engagement and conversions

Detail orientation : Precision in layouts, exports, and visual quality

Collaboration tools : Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace & Figma

Time management : Efficient multitasking with on-time delivery

Feedback adaptability : Iterate designs based on data and stakeholder input

Bonus skills : Basic motion / video editing and familiarity with AI design tools.

Your Eligibility Checklist

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :

Graduation in and / or Post Graduation in Fine Arts, Design, or any other design-related field from a reputed institution with a minimum of 65% or 7 CGPA

1-2 years of prior experience in graphic design

Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken

A strong design portfolio showcasing social media creatives, marketing graphics, campaign assets, infographics, or branding work

Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Figma, {Premiere Pro (bonus)}

Eye for visual design and design thinking ability

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
