Roles & Responsibilities :
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure all operational equipment receives timely and high-quality repairs.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities and property inspections to maintain the safety and efficiency of all equipment.
- Plan and manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, ensuring adherence to defined SLA (Service Level Agreements) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking for facility operations.
- Maintain statutory documents and ensure timely renewal of all licenses and compliance records.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on operational equipment, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
- Identify potential hazards and manage associated risks to ensure safety of employees and operational equipment.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments, processing e-bills, and managing site operational expenses.
