Job description

We are seeking motivated professionals with 3–4 years of BPO experience who are now looking to transition into the IT domain . As a Junior Software Engineer , you’ll receive comprehensive training in software development and technical problem-solving while contributing to live projects.

Responsibilities :

Assist in software development, testing, and maintenance.
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Document processes and maintain technical reports.
Learn and apply new technologies through continuous upskilling.

Requirements :

3–4 years of experience in BPO or customer support.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn programming and IT concepts.

Basic computer proficiency; prior exposure to technical tools is an advantage.
